Online sales results for the Mayfield Florist, Rockcastle Florist and Williams Flower & Gift, formerly Flowers To Go, are up dramatically since bringing in Flyline Search Marketing. These flower shops were looking for a marketing organization who could drive up brand recognition, eliminate their dependence on wire in orders, generate a robust online presence and improve top line revenue growth. Rockcastle Florist

Flyline Search Marketing was hired by Rockcastle Florist in March of 2017. We immediately deployed our comprehensive marketing program, then built a new website for them. They had previously been using a TeleFlora website platform. We created their new website on the Emerald City floral platform. Our team took that site live on May 1, 2017.

The comprehensive marketing program that we use for florists was first developed in January of 2009. We built it originally for Carithers Flowers in Atlanta. Carithers is still a client today. Since January of 2009, we have steadily improved and perfected the flower shop marketing program. Over the past 9 years, the program has evolved into a real tactical weapon that has given our florists a huge strategic advantage over their competition.

Flyline Search Marketing was hired by Mayfield Florist in May of 2017. We immediately deployed our comprehensive marketing program and created a new website for them. They had previously been using a Media 99 website. We created their new site on the Emerald City floral platform. Our team took that site live on July 1, 2017.

Williams Flower & Gift, formerly Flowers To Go

Flyline Search Marketing was hired by Flowers To Go, Inc in July of 2017. We immediately deployed our comprehensive floral program for them. Next we built then a new e-commerce website, using the robust Emerald City floral platform. They had been using a TeleFlora web platform, prior to bringing us in. Our team took the new website live around August 1, 2017.

Here are the online results since August 1st for Williams Flower & Gift

  1. Web Traffic has increased by 168.93%
  2. Online Revenue has increased by 111.38%
  3. Online Sales have grown by 99.34%
  4. Average Order value is up by 6.04%


The data shared for these 3 florists comes directly from Google Analytics. Meaning, this data only reflects online sales that processed through the florists website shopping carts. We also track call-in sales, driven by elements of our comprehensive marketing program. If we add in the call-in sales data, the numbers shown for the 3 flower shops above go dramatically higher!


Sales Training Class at Carithers Flowers

Enjoying an incredible day of sales training today. The training is being conducted by nationally acclaimed telephone sales trainer, Tim Huckabee. I attended the class, along with the incredible team from Carithers Flowers in Atlanta. Mr. Huckabee is the President of Floral Strategies. Tim and his organization train flower shops, all over the world.

Tim has worked in the floral industry for more than 20 years. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the table and did an excellent job of delivering his message to the Carithers sales group. Prior to becoming CEO for Flyline Search Marketing, I spent more than 31 years working in the telecommunications industry. All of those years were spent working in the advertising and publishing arena. I heard many great speakers during those years. Tim ranks right up there with some of the very best I have listened to. He brings incredible energy. Even though it was a long day, Tim kept the audience super engaged. His message was upbeat, relevant and might I add, right on the money!

Carithers Flowers has been a client of Flyline Search Marketing since 2009. During the past nine years, we have helped the Carithers organization to grow into one of the premier flower shops in the United States. Today, Carithers Flowers is one of the top 20 largest independent florists in the country. It is truly refreshing to work with professionals like the owner of Carithers Flowers, Mr. Charles Carithers. He is a visionary leader who always focuses on delivering great value for customers and a wonderful working environment for the Carithers employee family. The training today was outstanding. Mayfield Florist of Tucson, Arizona has hired Flyline Search Marketing. Mayfield Florist is a second generation, family owned and operated floral design firm. They offer beautiful fresh flowers, plants, gourmet baskets and gifts. Their same day and express flower delivery area includes the greater Tucson, AZ area and all surrounding suburban communities. They also provide nationwide same day flower service to the rest of the continental United States.

Mayfield Florist is owned by the Coleman family. They are long time residents of the city of Tucson. They hired Flyline to come in and help ramp up their online footprint and presence. The program that Flyline will be delivering is comprehensive in nature. Our first matter of business was moving Mayfield to a more modern and robust web platform. We chose to purchase a license from Emerald City websites. They offer one of the floral industries finest web platforms. The next step in the rollout of our comprehensive marketing program for Mayfield was deployment of our industry leading PPC program.
