Steve’s Flowers and Gifts is one of the premier floral design firms in the Indianapolis, Indiana area. Our firm was founded in 1973 by Steve and Linda Huth. As Steve was attending college, he worked for a local flower shop, delivering, doing odd jobs, and eventually designing. Steve had dreams of opening his own floral facility on the southside of Indianapolis, and when opportunity came, he went to work to make it happen. His philosophy from the start was making sure his customers were happily satisfied. In October of 1988, Steve designed and had built his own building which consists of 7,000 square feet. The new facility included a beautiful greenhouse, card and gift display area, design room, plant department and a large receiving and delivery area. Creating this expansive facility positioned us to supply our customers with exceptional service and a comfortable setting for shopping and browsing. Through the years, Steve has strived for excellent quality in designs, which led to the expansion of the original location in 1999. Expanding this location 3,000 more square feet enabled Steve to have a larger design center to monitor quality control and ensure customer satisfaction. Since taking over on June 1st of this year, Flyline has produced 4,762 online sales and $397,131.75 in online revenue. During the same time frame last year, the previous service provider delivered only 3,300 online sales and $273,950.00 in online revenue. In other words, in just 5 months, Flyline generated a 44.3% increase in Eastern’s online sales and a 45.1% increase in their online revenue. If you just look at the paid search results over the past few months, the numbers are even more impressive. From June 1 of 2018 thru November 22 of 2018, the previous service provider produced 644 sales and $53,951.84 in online revenue from Google paid search. Over the same time frame this year, Flyline produced 1,598 sales and $131,936.95 in revenue from Google paid search. In other words, Flyline spent 15% less and produced 147.67% more sales and 143.89% more revenue.

In 2009 Carithers Flowers hired our firm. We grew their online revenue by 385% in our first year with them. In January of 2010, Charles Carithers decided to renew the service agreement with us. He also decided to greatly expand our marketing responsibilities. That year, we were tasked with creating a truly comprehensive Internet marketing strategy, that would propel Carithers Flowers into a dominate position as the premier floral brand in the Atlanta, Georgia market. The program we created was designed to reduce dependence on wire in flower orders, create a sustainable stream of online sales transactions, enhance communication with current and prospective customers, increase information indexing capabilities and drive sustained, long term growth in Carithers Flowers revenues.
